One has admitted cheating, and there's proof that he did. The other, it is generally accepted by those within the sport, was never a drug cheat and simply wasn't training where she said she'd be when they tried to locate her. That's why the BOC have different rules, to differentiate. If we'd been anyone else but Great Britain we'd have been taking Dwain Chalmbers to the Olympics anyway......
