As an op said the originals are still being manufactured in Northampton. The Doc Martin licence/trademark expired a good few years back. The Asians bought the rights and are now laughing their small buff coloured bolllocks off. Vietnam, China and Thailand produce them today. The leather is thin and the soles are shite.
