Property developer Meadow Residential wants to build on Dulwich Hamlet FC's ground and have given them notice even though the local authority and Sadiq Khan are against building on the ground.
In the latest evilness, a subsidiary of Meadiw Residential have lodged trademarks for the football club and are threatening the club over use if the trademarks.

i was born in Dulwich. I'm not really a fan of theirs though

Whilst I am no expert the lawyers for Meadow Residential would struggle to pursue that through the courts. If Dulwich have enough money to fight them they would win. They can prove that they have used that name for x number of years long before it was trademarked.

That said it is a disgraceful and disgusting thing to do.
