They probably haven't seen him kick it once. I sure haven't. Every goal kick is a replay that misses it FFS. EVERY TIME !!!

Anyone got a gif of him at full time yesterday? Looks like he's loving life with us so far and I'm loving watching him every week. I just wish broadcasters would stop showing pointless replays and close ups of other players when he has the ball.

Probably the wrong place, although quite interesting as a comparison about the rules:

Christian Gentner (VfB Stuttgart) caught by a keeper's high knee (Casteels, 1.97m height) today.
Severe concussion, broken nose, upper jaw and bones around his eye.
No foul given, no penalty, no card. Ref didn't even stop the match , only after the ball was kicked out. :-/
Seen as an unlucky accident. Also hindsight, by ref officials in the studio. Stuttgart not blaming the keeper.

I can't see any foul there. Any keeper jumping that high raises their knee to give thrust to the jump. High jumpers do it. Feel very sorry for the player who caught it though. Hope he makes a full recovery.

There's really no need to go on about the Mane incident now, we've played 2 games since then.

Think this lad is gonna be the dog's bollocks for us. Great size, great distribution, some good reaction saves. He will cost us a goal or 2 cos he is not shy at all to come off his line, but other than the current language barrier, I can't see much of his game he will have to improve on.
