Mendes isn't like Mino it is all about Business if the player wants city (which basing off his fathers comments he does) and the money is right. He will go to city

Awesome player, he can do all. Tough to choose between baka anad fabi cause they got a perfect chemistery, but i would bet on fabi for a better carreer.
