Fake news and the internet

My wife just showed me a post on Facebook saying that Sly was dead from prostrate cancer. Looking on the news websites there is no mention of it. After a quick Google it would appear that the same story was spread about 18 months ago and has now reappeared. The internet is a sick place when untruths like this are circulated.

I posted a new thread last year saying Bishop Tutu had died..... only for a few members to post counter links saying the report was fake!
