Walker is 83, making him the 3rd best RB in the game after Carvajal and the soon-to-be-past-it Alves. Tottenham's replacement Aurier is at 81, as is Arsenal's Hector Bellerín, who in my measured opinion is abouut five ratings higher than he would be if he played for us.
Stones has gone up to a 79, while Sterling and Sané are both 82, Jesus just behind on an 81. For comparison, Marcus Rashford is 79.
Ederson and Bravo share an 83 rating, the same as Otamendi who's taken a huge and unjust downgrade from 85.

Fifa and the ratings are a shambles.
Winter upgrades/downgrades are coming soon, basically an opportunity for EA to correct all the terrible mistakes they made in August.
I would imagine Ederson, Stones, Otamendi, Walker, Delph, Fernandinho, De Bruyne, Silva, Jesus, Sane and Sterling will all be getting boosted. Bernardo and Gundogan will probably get a downgrade.
