Had to make a complaint yesterday. Patience ran out after one wet all of my shin leaving mud stains. Same thing happened on my way in to work this morning.

Spending enough money on lanes for them lycra wearing metrosexuals but none for fixing the floor to the ground! Should have pulled the Liverpool card and mentioned how nicely stable their pavements are and how their council cares for walkin' folk.
