Looks like Fleetwood could be costing me quite a few quid for not getting promoted this year. :(

No I'm talking about Sheridan not uwe.He did a pretty good job at Brentford, and it was pretty much his Brentford team that got promoted in 2014, after he left to go to Wigan, where he took them to the Championship and FAC semi finals.
