Partly based is stretching it a bit..... it was an OK film for me just watch it knowing it is not Chris's story or remotely about Frank in Manchester and it can be enjoyable.

That's why I said partly based on Frank, and not on Franks life.
It does have a couple of his songs in the film though, this being one, and I think another was 'Ginger Croutons'.
