Everything in moderation, nothing should be done daily except breathing and wanking.
It doesn't help that street skunk is what is widely available to the average joe. You've no idea what has gone onto it or what it could do long term.
As for spice, it truly is the devil. A more frightening "drug" I doubt I will ever encounter. If you ever wanted to buy a panic attack in a bag, there it is. And i'm talking about the days when it was available at city centre outlets, the stuff now must be even worse when it has had fuck knows what else added to it.
