We were debating whether Stoke have a secret signal when they want a break for water and a chat with Hughes because as soon as one of their players went down with an 'injury' or 'cramp' everyone of their players, apart from the goalkeeper, was round there grabbing their water bottles and getting coaching instructions from Hughes and a friend of mine was telling me today that they do it all the time!!
