It's too late in the day for 'Arry to make as big a difference as is desperately needed there, and Twitcher himself is also a bit late in the day. What is he, 70? He's finished, and he has been for a long time now. He's just winging it and picking up a handsome pay cheque while he can.

He won't be able to entice any half decent players to follow him there, but he'll tell everyone the failure to sign good players was because a certain club "blew 'im out the water". He'll leave them on the verge of bankruptcy and ride off into the sunset with a bulging wallet, then wait at home until the next badly-managed club in freefall rings him.
Rinse and repeat, ad-nauseum.

Poor Birmingham fans, still 3 games won't be enough to bankrupt them, if I was Brum fan I might actually prefer relegation right now, because 12 months of 'arry could ruin them forever.
