Gianluigi Donnarumma

Interesting especially as AC have been busy in the market with outfield players and looking like they are going to make an effort to surpass Juve.

Could have been a big signing, but we just filled out spot. Madrid bound I guess, with the rags getting to keep donut atlast.

They've got a long way to go... Juve are miles ahead of them. Donnarumma clearly has an offer from somewhere - probably RM. Donnarumma's (potential) fee is probably funding Milan's transfer spree.

Milan's spending has absolutely nothing to do with Donnarumma's fee, which is only going to be €20-30m at most.

If anything it would be more accurate to say they were spending a lot in order to keep him at the club and convince him to sign the deal he rejected yesterday.

This is likely just Raiola at work to get Milan to drop their buyout clause to 40ML, instead of 100ML in their new deal. For me Donnarumma ends up at Milan with a transfer fee of less than 100ML in his new deal (50-60ML?).

He's going nowhere, 1st choice for AC in Serie A at 18 is the best place for him to stay and learn, why move and put immense pressure on the lad. His agent will know this and is just playing the game to get a deal which suits his future plans in say a year or so.
