Gin

And the same newspaper reckons Aldi Oliver Cromwell gin is the best!
Whereas a TV taste test a week ago found Gordon's to be the best.

I'll happily drink them but they are light years away from any of the Tanqueray variants.

Tanquery is pleasing Mr Heel.
The Export strength @43.7% is on offer at only £15 for 700ml at Amazon.
The Nos 10 is much better and smoother but is obviously more expensive.
I believe it's @47%.

I like Cromwells Aldi gin and pounds for bucks it's a real winner.
I really do not like Gordons Gin.

Try London No1 gin its blue and about 47% bloody lovely and drinkable neat
Masons tea gin is different but refreshing with fever tree tonic
My current favourite is Thompson's French gin with fever tree Mediterranean tonic with a garnish of a grape cut in half pompous I know but gorgeous

Did a bottle and a half of gin with my son a couple of fridays ago. Didn't feel right driving till monday and the gin paranoia has finally receded. Flies down far too well that shit. Sticking to bitter from now on.

Only taken a decade for us to agree on something.

I'm normally just a lager, cider and the odd vodka man.
However one Xmas holiday was given a litre bottle of Tanqueray which me and the Mrs mixed up with lemonade (not tonic), and polished it off in one night.
Really pleasantly surprised - nice stuff.
