Good 3-0 win today at home against Leganes who were only just below Girona in the table at kickoff. Not a bad game to watch. That little stadium gets a great atmosphere going. Fans "Ole"ing each pass at the end and constant flag waving and noise albeit with the beating of a drum. Even got the mexican wave going around the ground a few times. Have got to be safe for La Liga again next season and now right on the tail of Villareal and Sevilla in the Europa League spots. Garcia played the whole game and did well. Maffeo only came on in the last ten minutes.
 
Girona just beat Leganes 3-0 at home.

A.Garica played very well and got 90 min, Maffeo 10 minutes from the bench. Hopefully Aleix can start some more games.
 
Great to see Garcia getting more game time, Douglas Luiz has dropped out the squad completely which is disappointing. Considering his price tag I don't expect he was one for the usual CFG model.

Needs a really good loan next year or his progress could be stunted completely.
