He plays him the centre cos the only other player who can play there is Elano and he,as you well know,is utter utter shite in that position

If it were boring defensive football that brought in the points I would say keep the system and the personnel! We will establish ourselves in the top half of the table and persuade top internationals to join the project. However, it is crap ineffective defensive football that loses to inferior teams who have less skill than which you could fill a thimble. I have come to matches at Eastlands this season with a slightly enhanced level of expectation and individuals, groups of players have simply kicked me in the teeth with a shabby lack-lustre performance. This is the essence of what Hughes has to manage and he is falling down on the job at the moment. If we lose to Hull then I think there is no way forward with the present regime.
 
Then ets flog Jo, Elano and really start building our team around Benjani and vassell

Those assurances may be changing sharpish if this continues much longer, I can't see us beating Hull or Blackburn. We could be bottom by the time the transfer window opens.
