    He certainly was, his career was immense. He must have worked with every genre of American musician, he was on Pet Sounds and stood in for Brian Wilson. R.I.P.

    I agree he had some cracking songs and Wichita Lineman is one of may all time favourite songs - remember listening to a documentary on the radio with Jimmy Webb about the meaning and production of that song.......awesome.

    Glen was a good enough guitarist to make good money as a session musician on other people's records before his individual success.

    He did his last tour in 2012 titled 'Farewell' and his last album was called 'Adios.' Alzheimer's is certainly a death sentence.
