Great Yorkshire Run

Ladies and Gentleman, Boys and Girls on the 7th of September I will be running in the Great Yorkshire Run for the British Heart Foundation.

JUST GIVING

My hopes were to raise a fair bit but have backfired with 2 big sponsors pulling out, so my hopes are that if anyone has some spare cash they will donate.

If you can donate please do if you cant you cant no one understands that better then me.

To complete it at the minute seems the challenge, when i decided to do it i wanted to get it ran in an hour, now i want to do it in 50 mins but i have only ran 5k's thus far so fingers crossed
