Guardiola Interview with OS

Could listen to Pep all day! Love the guy
Anybody that loves football could listen to him all day, and he would happily talk football all day. If the thick football journalists realised that and asked him proper questions it would make press conferences a much more pleasant interesting affair for everyone. Instead they put his back up in a quest for soundbites for their web sites clicks.

Yes his whole body language and facial expressions are a million miles away from those press conferences.
Looked liked he really enjoyed that interview just goes to show he has worked out the British press for what they are.

Are the German & Spanish press or football journalists any different ? More analytical ? I don't know much about their press

This is what the weekly press conferences should be like. Footy talk with one of the greatest football brains in the history of the sport. But no, apparently all that matters is "is Aguero leaving?" and "do you need to change your style?"

That should be compulsory viewing for all City fans. What a great insight to our manager and our club that is. I feel truly blessed and privileged to be a supporter of Manchester City in this era.

If a hundred other clubs come in for Jadon Sancho, Brahim Diaz, or any other of our youth players, who would they choose to learn about football with? Pep, every time. And I don't mean that to be in any way disrespectful to other managers. The man has infectious enthusiasm for the game and for our fantastic club. What a future we have!

Pep is El Senor, of that there is no doubt His staff say the longest he doesn't talk football is 20mins His thoughts on Golf were even related to football Clearly there had been a significant meeting with Sheik Mansour and KAM which had clearly gone well, and so it should have. His comment about KAM being one of the nicest people he'd ever met just confirms what we all thought. The media are so stupid in trying to goad him in the press conferences, surely they should get him talking football, they might even learn something. The interview and the books should be compulsory for every City fan. Pep is a man who follows Sir Joe's philosophy that "the best means of defence is attack" we are blessed that both men have been and are associated with our wonderful football club.

That is a great interview, excited that Sheik Mansour tells Pep we are still at the start, hahaha, that'll piss the BBC and their cohorts right off.

Its quite interesting, I got the impression that Pep feels truly part of something here, and is very excited by the challenge.
