There is nothing to fear in Hamburg/Reeperbahn, as long as you dont dance around some riff raff singing stupid football songs, gazing around etc...
Just behave with respect like you would do everywhere else in the world. You wouldnt go through the darkest gutters alone in Britain too...

i know 2 lads that were jumped in hamburg about 18 months ago and in fairness to the germans they actually helped chase off the 4 immigrants
