Hip Hop/Rap Appreciation thread

Someone told me to listen to Tech N9ne so i downloaded his latest album, don't really understand why people rave about him tbfh it just seemed the same old new age crap with heavy bass, him singing the choruses and poor lyrics.

I downloaded the latest Alchemist album with Prodigy called Albert Einstein, very good up to now i'm halfway through.

If people don't like these two classics well...... they clearly need their ears cleaning out. Probably the first two tunes I heard from the Hip Hop scene.

I remember being in high school and there was these magazines full of pictures of kids breakin' and lockin' in them, they blew my mind. I just regret never getting to NYC in my younger years because to witness that shit live would have been amazing.

been proper into JME recently and Wiley, going to see wiley next month should be very good... seems to have alot of radio time ATM, never know if thats a good thing or bad thing nowerdays
