Here's our "trajectory over the last 50 games.



The upward bit from games 32 to 21 is the unbeaten run at the end of last season and the beginning of this one. Apart from that, it's down all the way. He's literally taken us backwards.

Damning.

Its not just the trajectory its the performances. He keeps saying we are an attacking team, one that plays exciting football. I think we were once an attacking team under him. Now I just think we are naive beyond belief.

We have a good chance of winning the Capital One Cup.

A fair chance of winning the FA Cup.

I'd say its not even fair, the FA saw to that.

I believe that as a 36 year old male I have as much chance of winning Miss World as this City team does of winning the Champions League.

Sadly we are stuck with this idiot until July. But I think some player power is in order. VK as club captain needs to tell Pellegrini to drop Yaya and get more protection in for the defence.

We have Delph, Fernandinho and 4 defenders. That's 6 players who supposedly specialise in defending. Is it more defenders or is it better defenders that are needed?

Yaya and Silva have been fantastic signings for us and instrumental in us winning trophies during their spells with us. However the pair of them look burnt out at the moment. Yaya, perhaps it's his age, father time catches everyone eventually but Silva for a while has not looked happy or his normal spritely self, a good manager realises even the best players need a rest from time to time in an extensive, demanding season but Pellegrini has played them both in almost every game barring injury. Pellegrini bemoans injuries like it's a situation out of his hands but if he'd wisely used some of our talented youngsters in some games we wouldn't have the scale of injuries we have now.

A hole range of things.

As side to a man that can defend much better than we do under MP first and foremost.

A realisation that we do need better players in defensive positions than we currently have and bringing them in.

You have to call it as you see and Clichy and Kolorov have to go and Sagna and Zabba should only be squad players next season.

MDM is gone and we need a powerful CD who can lead us on the pitch as VK unfortunately is not going to play in the majority of games for us any more and the sooner we realise this the sooner we can bring that player in.

That's just for starters.

Other than the loss of Kompany I actually thought we coped with the injuries but after losing KDB and Navas at this crucial stage of the season it may result in a disaster.

You can be an attacking team and keep clean sheets on a regular basis as well.

We are neither under MP and we have been on fairly steep downward regression both in terms of the quality of football we play and how we cope with the opposition.
