How long until Birmingham go broke?

They look to be doing all the classic moves to go bankrupt. They sacked a stable manager and replaced him with Zola, then paid Twitcher a fortune to essentially not lose 3 games, then they've given him the job full time and seem to be letting him do his usual routine of handing out giant contracts to mercenaries.

So far they've managed to sign David Stockdale, despite him just being promoted and now they are planning on signing John Terry and making him captain. Presumably Nike Krancjar and Tel Ben Haim will rock up next week with Christopher Samba

RIP Birmingham, I give you 3 years before administration, tops

It wouldn't surprise me if Calamity James and Sylvain Distin rock up there too!

there must be a old boys club behind the scenes in football a merry go round and its your turn for a job BFS and harry moyes bruce all rock up with plan but next thing its the players are the one to blame and greedy and don't want to train and only in it for the money but them so called big name managers always get jobs

and they say why is there not a good english managers given a top job well the truth is would you give them a free hold of a club don't think so

I don't count BFS in the same bracket as the rest. He does what he does, and doesn't tend to hang around somewhere he's not wanted. He was perfect for Bolton for a time too.

You absolutely should, he's as dodgy as they come. Him and his agent do all the textbook old British manager tricks. He's a better manager than some of the others but just as big a crook

If you have a shit board and chairman then you'll go bust. He was at Spurs and didn't cause us any issues financially. If you have smart people in charge of him then you'll be ok

That's because you have Levy. He kept control of Harry and when he kicked off about it Levy got rid. Other clubs let Harry have a free reign over transfers and money and we have all seen the consequences

Actually yeah. I just thought from a football perspective he's more palpable

That's what makes a smart businessman and a useless one. That's the whole part of business knowing when to spend or pull out. If we were all managers we'd love to go all Football Manager PC style

Yeah it is. Ive always said Levy is one of the best chairman's in the league. He is also a very astute businessman
