how to upload photo to BM

I want to post a picture from my windows phone onto BM , but have not the foggiest how to do it . Any help appreciated

You need to upload the picture to a website that hosts pictures. TinyPic or imgur ... I have the imgur app but its a bit of a pain in the arse. If you do mange it though, copy the address and as you click the pic icon it'll ask you for the link.

You should be able to just paste the link without using the picture icon.
