lists them all, in all quality so you can decide which one you want to see.
Sopcast Streams are most popular at High Quality so will need an good Connection, and ofc Sopcast software, which can be found on the first Page or type into Google "Sopcast download" for the newest version.
I suggest to have installed h-264 codecs if you watch over WMP or WEB Players, K-Light Codec Pack or CoreAVC.
