I very much doubt he has any idea when the north stand will be happening. He has far bigger things to worry about that a few thousand seats being added to a stadium thousands of miles from his home at a largely insignificant cost to him.

Can we introduce youth players before they have lost all hope of a first team spot, it is time to put your splendid facilities to good use and maybe if you informed the manager that he is not in any danger of the sack and you would rather see a youth player in the team ahead of Fernando/Delph or like in the case Pellegrini, Sinclair coming off the bench with 5/10mins to go and not a youth with a possible future at City.
