I knew I had past some sort of unwritten milestone of age when I started with the sound effects on moving getting out of a chair aargh. Bending down to pick something up aargh , reaching into a cupboard ooooh. Etc bastard i used to laugh at my parents for that!

I'm accepting of my middle aged status when I'm torn between watching what should be a foregone conclusion of a game and or bake off.
