Unless he decides to retire from international football, you can't just pick and choose which games you can play or you risk a Fifa ban. Unless you're an Arsenal player, it seems.

Off injured in a pointless game on international duty once again… silly man. Seems like its every time he plays for England he gets injured and City suffer. Surely he knows more than anyone he is injury prone and wouldn’t risk anything at this stage of season. Hopefully its nothing major and he is available ASAP
