Despite making it very clear in his press conference that he wasn’t interested in adding players to his Manchester City squad, news has emerged from ESPN in America that Pep Guardiola might not have been telling the truth.

According to Diego Cora on his Twitter account, the Citizens have had a £20m bid accepted by Valencia for their star left-back José Gaya, and the player is now expected to travel to undergo a medical in the ‘next few hours’.

Yeah it would be nice but if we do not we will live, this time next season though i would hope to see a bit of progress with the squad. Not sure how to quantify that exactly but consistency would help for a start :-)
