Can someone clarify what Pep said?

Everyone is reacting as if he said one or two more transfers this window but the quotes on page 2222 say in the next few years there will be 1, 2 new players etc.

Are these separate statements - meaning two more this window THEN only one or two in future years as we have now acquired a younger squad?

There were two separate questions. One guy asked in English about pending transfers and he said "maybe 1, 2, 3 players in the next 3-4 years". Another guy asked in Spanish and his response was "there's still 20 or so days left for the window to close and I'm sure there's gonna be more transfers to see". He wasn't as clear with the numbers when talking about this window, so there's that.
