Jogger pushes woman in front of bus

Somebody must be able to recognise him. It's fairly decent footage, so you can see his colour, his build, the clothes he was wearing, his style of running, the location (is it a regular run he does?), time of day. I would hope he'll be picked up sooner rather than later, even allowing for the fact that there's thousands of joggers every day in London.

The only thing left would be 'reckless endangerment' which would be a shoulder barge forcing the woman into the same position.

He shoved her outwardly with his open hand and outstretched arm and intentionally into the road when there was plenty of space to go round.

'Attempted manslaughter' is not a thing as it would be a premeditated act.

How could it be anything less than 'attempted murder'??
Did he intend to push her to the ground and cause her injury, or did he intend to push her to her death in front of a bus he couldn't even see? Proving the latter beyond reasonable doubt would be next to impossible. I'd have thought Section 18 GBH would be more likely.

I wonder if he's just trying to push her out of the cycle path and misjudged how hard he hit her?

There isn't a cycle path though, it's the sunlight on the pavement. It's clearly a malicious act and he's gone out of his way to commit it. Not knowing the bus was coming isn't a defence either as anyone that frequents that area would know that buses are coming past every few second. It's be the equivalent of pushing someone into a busy road and saying they didn't think a car was coming.

I don't think it matters if the guy knew what traffic is behind him, the fact is that its a road and traffic will be on it regardless.

What an absolute powercunt.
