Roberto Di Mateo is benefiting from the older players coming to the end of their effectiveness.
He comes across as a nice fella maybe that's why the players are responding to him...and with decent buys by the club it's all gelling together.
The players union at Chelsea has less power now what with lampard Terry etc soon to retire.
