If we did sack hughes then the next manager would still have the same shit to work with so what would the difference be?

The same shit (minus Robinho, SWP, Kompany) got us to 9th place last season.

And I bet the players that aren't performing for Hughes will lift for a new manager the same way Spurs players, and Blackburn players and Sunderland players have lifted.

I don't particularly like that, but it's a fact of life.

When was the last time(if ever)that city have been able to field(as they did today)12 players all of whom where full internationals? Player for player Hughes has been given more to work with that all but the top 6 or so teams in the league.

fair point i just think his style is conficting with some players but if he did actually get the players he wanted we would be a good team but if he continues to keep us EVEN NEAR THE dropzone then he should leave. I feel sorry for him
