£25m is not enough- even with a buy back clause. It needs half any sell on (above £25m) + goals scored bonus clauses. He's also classified as home grown (association trained) so that's good dust all by itself.

Seems everybody goes for crazy money except our players. If he was a Chelsea player, they'd be getting upwards of £40 million for him. Our inability to get good money for what are very good players is staggeringly bad. It's just a good job we don't need it.
 
£25m is a fair price with the buying club having to take wages into consideration. Leicester is not a bad place to continue his career, and if he shows improvement he might get another chance.
 
As a guess it is a permanent deal but there is probably a deadline when we can buy him back (assuming he does want to return to City).
