Can you all imagine if Kev had played in that type of fast-paced and open games? Yikes he probably would've had a field day.

I posted before the game that it would have been set up for him. He would have won the game for us comfortably last night, it was crying out for someone to drive at pace through the middle during our breaks. We were too slow in transition and he would have fixed that.

Agree, we missed his shoot on sight policy at times last night, our build up was good but in the final third we were trying to be far too cute with the ball.

He's our most important and influential attacker and without him we simply don't look as good a team as we do with him. Understandable as he's arguably the best player in the premier league (along with Kun).

In that sense he is our Messi. Similar to Barca we are a little less good without him.

Amazing that nobody has bumped this thread since yesterday. We saw just how much we missed Kev in the transitions and in the final third. He's becoming each week even more important to the side. Read somewhere this morning he hasn't played in any of the games we've lost in 2016 which speaks volumes.

Pep needs to figure out a way to balance our midfield/attack without him.
