Wonder why that's 31GB as opposed to the other release which was about 60 odd GB?
Note the x265 boss, this means it is an 10bit hevc/x264 hdr enabled encode as you would see with an x264 1080p bluray for example. This is just the new standard in line with available resolutions and colour gamut. The other was the untouched disc.

Ah gotcha, didn't realise the scene had standards for 4k yet
 
TSN do UHD so this could be legit. Some people are looking for the supplier to this now so they can add it to their lineup to. Apparently 2.5MB/s is needed.
