Great young player, but breaking the world transfer record on a teenager would be insane.
The pressure on him would be far, far too much. He'd be expected to be the best player in the league from day one - not what he's ready for.
The lad needs to stay at Monaco for another season.

He stays another year at Monaco, he will definitely score another shedload and the price next year will be another £25m on top.
