The rule should be: if you are manure and you announce attendance of 50,000 for a league cup match when there's just a man and a dog there, your players have to wear Liverpool shirts for a week, or eat shit, all the he same to me.

Reports tonight that Celta Vigo have been fined under La Ligas new attwndance rule.

Basically if you don't fill 70% of your ground you are in breach of league rules and fined.
The premis is empty stadiums don't look good on tv and make the league look bad.
