Brilliant transfer window (so far) Unbelievable start to the season and still not used new signings Otamendi or Delph and with the Debroyne deal almost done we are looking stronger than ever. But without wanting to sound like a greedy b...... surely we still need to bring in another top striker. If Serge gets injured (which he is likely to do if we cant rest him now and then) we will not have adequate options to progress in Champions league and be strong in premier league. Dzeko and Joevic have gone and nobody signed ?
Final piece of the jigsaw for my money

Nope. We have Bony if Aguero gets injured and Sterling can play there as well. Pellegrini has even said that no strikers are coming

Well imo we best hope that Serge doesn't get injured because when Champions league starts we will be in trouble with only Bony as a genuine striking option and 3 big/important matches to win every 8 days. This is a worry !

Top scorers in the league with 7 different names on the score sheet, with our 2 reserve strikers in Bony and Iheanacho not even on there. Don't think we have an issue personally.

We had 3 last first team strikers last season and ended up with Milner playing there with them all injured. Less options this season, maybe Charlie Austin as back up and English/home grown.
