    Ashley Giles gone back to Warwickshire I see,time for Glenn Chapple to be promoted

    Gutted about that. We were a bit shit last season but I reckon Giles will be a really good coach at this level. That said, Chappell is the obvious replacement and he too has great potential.

    Chapple and Chilton looks like the Lancs way i.e. Jobs for the boys and on the cheap.

    1st game of the season underway at Essex and after an hour it's following a depressingly predictable route with lancs 50-2

    Good start like last season, the start was what kept us up but very few wins without the Burnley Express.

    Declare 10 overs before tea after picking up the run rate, give them about 500 to chase.
