Let's learn about obscure teams!

Ljungskile SK are a Swedish club who were formed in 1926 and are currently playing in the 'Superettan' (Swedish Second Division). They play at the Starke Arvid Arena which has a capacity of 6,000-8,000 and are managed by the Swede Jorgen Walemark who had three spells at the club as a player.
Between 1997 and 2004 the club were known as Panos Ljungskile.
The club have played most of their existence in Sweden's second tier but have played in the Allsvenskan twice, most recently in 2008 where they were relegated through the play-offs after finishing 14th. The previous occasion was in 1997 with the same outcome.
On the books are mostly Swedish players but they also have two Americans including Goalkeeper Nick Noble, two Brazilians, a Finnish defender, a Serb and a Zambian.
They finished 6th in the 2010 Superettan, 7 points off the promotion play-ff spot.
My connection is that I managed them for a season on Football Manager. :)
