What a farce, game supposed to be abandoned, stadium cleared everyone gone home and now they are back on pitch at 6-45 to play last ten minutes
Is this legal?

It's a bit weird that they deliberately misled fans by saying the game was abandoned, only to complete when everyone left. The final minutes, played in an empty stadium, were a farce. Probably sets a dangerous precedent too, as the next time fans at a game are told that it's been abandoned then they might be sceptical.

Blackpool have suspended ticket sales to Orient fans ahead of the game this weekend.
Blackpool were fined for failing to complete a fixture last season after their fans invaded the pitch and don't want both sets of fans having a go.
The home side will be in the play-offs if they win but the fans probably still want to see the back of Oyston.
