Loan watch and ex city players watch

Enes Unal starts tonight alongside Bacca for Villarreal away at Levante.

Interested to see how he will perform this season in La Liga.

Bersant Celina scored for Ipswich away at Palace last night in the League Cup, easy enough finish from 8 yards after a good run

I'm new to the forum, and not sure where to post this, so here goes. According to the Scottish press, Glasgow Rangers are taking 'superkid' Aaron Nemane on loan from Man City. I don't see anything on the forum regarding this. If true, is he any good ?.

Celina started one league game and did well but was dropped for the next. They have won all their league games so I guess it's hard to read into at this stage. Last night was a cup game with loads of kids in the team alongside Celina so I guess he is still on the fringe.

He has been a solid player in our youth / EDS team but in his position (rw) he has had the best of our young players as competition. He is a small but strong and paced winger, I think he prefers that to playing striker which he has done for us. If you are a rangers fan let us know how he gets on.

Thanks for your reply, appreciated. No, I'm with the opposition (Celtic, and Man City), but I hope the lad does well. If he's any good I imagine Rangers will play him against Celtic at Ibrox in 4 weeks time, will give you an update if that happens. Also, been looking at at the Rangers forums, many negative comments about Nemane coming, as he's hardly kicked a ball for Man City, plus it's only 'til January when they hope to sign Walker from Hearts.

Chelsea fan.

How excited are you about the younger Dembele? What a player he looks. City have two outstanding youth talents (that I'm aware of) and there are some excellent players in our youth ranks too but, wow, that kid is amazing.

Looks like you will get Roberts back so there might be a few city youth players in the old firm!

Aaron Mooy looks like a player. Anyone think we should have kept hold of him? Could have kept him and let Delph go instead?

Yes, I think he's quite a find, hopefully he won't let all the attention he's getting go to his head. Saying that he seems quite happy at Celtic at present (although I believe your club has shown some interest), and I hope within a short while he'll break through into the first team. It's nice to know when a supporter of a high caliber English club can see we have some good talent up here in Scotland also.

We are all waiting with bated breath for news of his arrival, even although it's only on a loan deal for a year. Many of us at Celtic park would love him to sign a permanent deal, but realize it's a bit of a pipe dream, as we could never match the wages, or the quality in either the EPL, or Europe.

Regarding your youth players, yes we appreciate them (especially at Celtic), although we play in what you would consider a 'poor' league, it's more physical, and demanding. Some English players find it hard to adapt at first, when they come to Scotland (Joey Barton, Mark Hateley, Trevor Steven etc). If these young guys do make up here, they'll be treated like semi-gods. That why I believe Roberts wants to come back to Celtic, he can virtually do no wrong here.
