Manchester City developer submits latest housing plans

    Ah i'm thinking of the one 100 yards down the road towards ancoats where it's mega cheap too, adjacent to the retail park. Not quite £2 a day, but still a bargain.

    i agree. its as if a lot of architects/designers all get taught the same things. these look awful.

    Architects do exactly as developers tell them....especially in housing of this scale.
    The most disappointing thing about this is that the Council is involved, and probably insisted the developer uses either 1 Manchester Architectural practice, or any number of London ones.

    there's a car park just at the back of the piccadilly where the trams come out. Think that's pretty cheap.

    Still a big council carpark behind piccadilly station. Which costs £3.5 a day.

    Our scouse Mayor of Manchester will put a stop to this and include it in the housing spacial framework negotiations, therefore it will be delayed whilst all and sundry will have their tupeneth worth.
