Manchester City have been tracking Bundesliga sensation Mario Goetze and could be ready to meet his £8m buy-out clause in January.
The 18-year-old playmaker has been instrumental in Borussia Dortmund's surge to the top of the Bundesliga this season, alerting a host of Europe's biggest clubs.
City have been aware of Goetze for some time and, according to reports in Germany, have been watching his progress closely so far this term.
It is thought Dortmund are ready to cash in on Goetze but will insist any buyer meets his £8m release clause, which shouldn't be a problem for mega-rich City.

His good ?

fantastic talent, one of the best over there. saw the game against Mainz and Monchengladbach last month and he ran the show. it's quite rare for young german prospects to go to anywhere but Bayern though.

just 1 problem look at the website

The source is shit. Mario Götze is a great talent, actually Germany's biggest talent since Mesut Özil (and I personally believe he will become better than Özil), but he doesn't have a buy-out clause.

Dortmund won't sell him anyway, he just signed a new contract 2 months ago and they don't need to sell their players.

I'm sure that "article" is completely made up.

Dortmund ain't dumb, Götze's talent has been known for quite a
while. He also won the U17 EC in '09 and was fantastic there
(beating the English U17 with Wilshere and Bostock 4:0 in the
process.) They'd never agree to a 8mio clause, lol.

German talent won't leave Dortmund anyway right now, they'll
probably play CL next season and really have a great thing going
there.
