Fairly useless IMO, not produced a single player dispute the resources available. Coupled with the ban, im sure that'd be a reason for him to leave. Basically doesn't seem to be a football man, after returning to the UK, he attained the position of managing director of MTV's broadcast division in London during a 13-year spell with the global music corporation. Not sure how you move to be a academy director after that.
