I know they can mess up and the pressure must be horrendous. However, to never of practiced your signature dish prior to cooking it for the judges is just stupid.On The Great British Menu they often mess up and they're much more experienced and well known chefs. Not as bad as on Masterchef The Professionals but still surprising considering their status.
