Quite a few mistakes by both teams so far. Good atmosphere though. Sterling looks like the key to get in behind them so we need to keep feeding him.

From BBC.......

The Feyenoord fans are a noisy bunch, even if their side are not giving them much to shout about on the pitch

They booed the City players when they came out, booed the City team when it was read out, have just told the City fans what they think of their support (they don’t think it’s very good, or loud) and just angrily booed the referee too when a decision (for a throw-in) went against them.

They have kept up some sort of wave or chant since the game started too - I guess that’s what spending the day in a pub in Manchester city-centre does to you - but are currently getting drowned out by a rendition of 'Blue Moon'.

Players looking a little tired and out of sorts which is of no surprise. Brad Jones looks like we'll easily score on him though if we get a decent shot on target.

Very ponderous which is to be expected with all the changes. Going to take a bit of magic from someone to get things going. Gundogan and Toure are both very possession oriented, going to be seeing them on the ball trying to open something up a lot

as ever, with a much changed team we're slow out of the blocks, really was no point leaving the kids out just to watch Yaya chase the ball all half.
