Re: MCFC annual dinner tomorrow night

Have been to one before. Its all arranged in such a way that they don't have deal with difficult questions they sit down and decide which one they want to answer. Then flog off signed shirts n stuff for charity. When i went it was Keegan doing the evening when he was manager.

Re: MCFC annual dinner tomorrow night

Fred Eyre asked the questions to Hughes. Hughes walked up and half the room did not clap him. Very luke warm reception. The body language between him and the other players there was also very cold. Kompany, Dunne, Hart were in attendance.

With all the anticipation of what Fred was going to ask he had the room in stitches with his first question.

He said " So Mark, the one question the whole world is eager to hear the answer to......" You could hear a pin drop at this stage as everyone thinks he is going to ask about transfer targets, him getting the sack etc........

"How's Danny Mills?"
